I would rate them well for friendly service in person, but unfortunately are unable to carry out proper repairs. My girlfriend's car literally blew a spark plug out of its socket, so we had it repaired at P&M. It took an hour to do, which we were thankful for. However, the fix lasted for 3 days. Within the span of a night, 2 different plugs blew out. We called them and asked for a refund, or to have another look for free and they flat out refused. It all comes down to the fact that we paid for the car to be serviced, but we ended up with a broken down car anyway. We then got quoted for a possible repair worth $1500. Upon taking it to another mechanic, they quoted us less than $200. Neither of us will be taking our business to P&M again.
