  I have recently had a new roof installed at my home. I was pleased with the service I received. Everyone was pleasant, the workers worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. There was a screen that had a rip in it that wasn't there prior to the installation, but JB&D Siding replaced the screen the next day. I also had a question recently, I then called the roofing company and was told that because the roof was installed during the warm weather in February that the shingles had not yet sealed, therefore the ripples on the roof. They assured me that they would keep an eye on the roof to make certain that it sealed properly. I too, will watch the ripples and after some hot weather will call JB&D again if the problem still exists.
