  Macomb is very fortunate to have such an excellent public middle school. Excellent, caring teachers & staff, many extracurricular options, and a safe learning environment has made it a wonderful experience for my children.
  
  The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because the facility is not able to be updated and more space is needed as well as several upgrades. This is not the school's fault. It is located in Illinois, a state which refuses to adequately fund education at any level. Therefore, they must make do on a shoestring budget.
