Dorothy is an exceptional inn keeper and individual in general. Have stayed with her numerous times, her B&B would rank 5 star anywhere in the world, making it such a comfort zone in the humble town of Macomb, where I grew up. This last trip she out did herself. My grandmother passed away thus I asked her to host a group family breakfast. She was booked since it was a popular weekend at WIU, so none of us were actually staying there that particular morning. She served us breakfast on the house. Her generosity knows no bounds. My wife and I did get the opportunity to stay in suite 1 for a few nights after the weekend, and that is the best room yet, worth a few extra dollars. The windows in that room are exceptional.
